This collection was inspired by  “OIK-OTOIKOT”, a small imaginary indigenous population.

This tribe lives a zero-waste lifestyle in the backwoods of Portugal.

They use cork as their main export as well as daily clothing.

They are also famous for producing coffee beans, fruit wine, and honey.

* Cork/ The bark of cork trees regenerate themselves for over 200 years.

Cork can be used as fuel, and is considered an ultimate natural resource. It is also excellent insulation, moisture prevention, and insect repellant.

架空の少数民族’ OIK-OTOIKOT(オィク　オトゥイコット族)’を創造したコレクション。
この民族は、ポルトガルの僻地に生息し超循環型生活様式を送る。
彼らはコルクを主な輸出品とし日常着としても纏う。
コーヒー豆、果実酒、蜂蜜の名産地でもある。

※コルク/樹齢200年に渡り樹皮を再生し続け
燃料としても使用できる究極の天然資源。保温・防湿・防虫効果に優れる。
